Built around titanium captive adjustment bolts (10mm) and a steel axle bolt backing plate, this setup is made to keep the axle blocks tight to the adjuster so there is no play between the bolt and the blocks as you adjust. The steel backing plate is cut to insert into the axle, so axle removal can be done with a 17mm wrench rather than needing to carry an Allen wrench. One block stays in place and will not fall out when you remove the axle.
