The Leatt 4.5 neck brace is designed to reduce neck forces and neck injuries by transferring load during an accident away from the fragile bones in the neck. As Leatt’s flagship neck brace, it features an engineered collarbone cut-out to help keep the helmet rim away from vulnerable areas, and a rear strut designed to break away before applying excessive pressure to the back.

Built for comfort and durability, the 4.5 is lightweight, manufactured from composite polyamide, and offers 2-way adjustability for a secure, personalized fit. Easy-to-clean foam padding and plastic-free packaging round out a premium, rider-focused design.
