The 6D HELMETS ATR-2Y Drive Helmet is built around rider-focused design details and 6D’s Omni-Directional Suspension® (ODS®) technology in a premium off-road helmet package.
It features a proprietary shell made from a woven blend of advanced aerospace carbon fiber and composite fiberglass, plus airflow management with 9 intake ports and 6 exhaust ports working with the Air Gap Ventilation System. Comfort is supported with a removable, washable comfort liner and emergency release cheek pads made with Dri-Lex® anti-bacterial fabric, along with titanium D-rings and shear-away visor screws.
Added usability and protection-minded touches include a roost guard for additional face protection, a sternum pad for added protection of the chin, jaw, and sternum, and a rear lower shell compliant zone designed for cervical spine relief, plus a clavicle cut-away for increased clearance.
