The Alpinestars Andes Air Drystar Pants are adventure motorcycle riding pants built for road-focused travel where warm-weather airflow and easy adaptability matter. A road-oriented fit with a pre-curved leg is designed to keep comfort high and fatigue low across long days in the saddle.
For changing conditions, these pants pair extensive 2D mesh for optimized airflow with a detachable Drystar membrane that can be worn over or under the pant.
Extensive 2D mesh construction is used throughout the Andes Air Drystar Pants to promote airflow in warm riding conditions. This warm-weather emphasis is aimed at keeping the pants comfortable on road-focused adventure rides where heat management and consistent airflow are priorities.
A detachable Drystar membrane is 100% waterproof and breathable, and it’s designed to be worn either over or under the pant. This setup lets the rider adapt quickly when temperatures drop or when wet weather moves in, supporting dual-season touring use.
Nucleon Flex Plus Level 1 armor is included at the knees. The pants also feature pockets that can accommodate optional hip armor (sold separately). For standards coverage, the garment is fully CE-certified to CE - Category II EN17092-4: 2020 standard - A class.
Comfort
A road-oriented fit and pre-curved leg shape are designed to improve comfort during long stretches in the riding position while reducing fatigue. Stretch inserts at the crotch and knee help the pants move naturally with the rider, supporting a more accommodating feel when seated, standing on the pegs, or shifting around on the bike during adventure travel.
