The Alpinestars Andes V4 Drystar Jacket is an adventure motorcycle riding jacket built to stay comfortable across unpredictable weather and long days in the saddle. Its Drystar membrane is paired with a durable textile chassis, plus adjustable fit features that help riders fine-tune comfort for commuting or extended rides.
For temperature management, the jacket combines direct chest ventilation and a rear airflow closure with a removable full-sleeve thermal liner.
A 100% waterproof and breathable Drystar® membrane is designed to handle wet conditions while keeping comfort in mind. When the pace or temperatures rise, the jacket uses direct chest ventilation and a rear airflow closure to help regulate heat on the move.
A removable full-sleeve thermal liner comes included, making it easy to adapt as conditions change. Zip the liner in for colder starts and pull it out when the ride warms up, without changing the jacket’s core fit and feel.
For everyday adventure use, the jacket uses reinforced 450D polyfabric with ripstop textile for durability.
Ventilation
The Andes V4 Drystar Jacket is built around a Drystar® membrane described as 100% waterproof and breathable, aimed at riders who see changing skies on adventure routes. To prevent overheating, it adds direct chest vents plus a rear airflow closure, giving riders a way to increase airflow when conditions shift. The chassis uses reinforced 450D polyfabric and ripstop textile to suit the demands of long-mile riding.
Comfort

The Andes V4 Drystar includes CE Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus armor at the shoulders and elbows, described as flexible and low-profile for comfort during long days. It is also Tech-Air® Ready, allowing compatibility with Alpinestars Tech-Air® airbag protection as an upgrade.
