The Alpinestars GP Plus R v4 Airflow Leather Jacket is a Street-focused leather riding jacket built for aggressive riding with a sport fit and pre-curved arms for on-bike comfort.
It uses 1.3mm race-grade leather paired with Alpinestars composite stretch (A-CS® Plus) panels and additional technical stretch zones to support mobility while riding. For airflow, it combines vented shoulders with extensive perforation zones on the chest and sides. Protection comes from integrated Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder armor and GP Lite elbow armor, plus dual-density DFS shoulders designed to manage friction during a slide.

Alpinestars composite stretch (A-CS® Plus) panels on the torso are engineered to be lighter and more durable than leather while increasing breathability and freedom of movement. Additional technical stretch panels under the arms, on the inner arms, and around the neck help the jacket move naturally in a tucked or sporty riding posture.
Included protection features Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder armor for flexible, low-profile coverage and GP Lite elbow armor for added reinforcement in a key impact zone. Dual-density DFS shoulders are integrated to help manage friction control during a slide without taking away from the jacket’s performance-oriented feel.
