The Alpinestars Monty V2 Riding Shoes are street-focused motorcycle riding shoes that pair a vintage-inspired look with motorcycle-specific design details for everyday use.
Built with a full grain bovine leather upper (1.4–1.6mm) and a distinctive wedge outsole and moc toe silhouette, the Monty V2 is shaped to work on the bike, including a dedicated form to accommodate the shift pedal. Comfort features like internal padding and a removable microfiber footbed help make the shoe feel as good walking around as it does riding.
The Monty V2 uses a full grain leather upper with a vintage effect, bringing OSCAR by Alpinestars heritage styling to a street riding shoe. A uniquely patterned, padded toe and internal padding add comfort, while the boot’s overall shape is designed with riding in mind, including room for shift-pedal use.
For motorcycle-specific coverage, the Monty V2 incorporates Alpinestars anatomical, foam-backed dual-density PU ankle disk protection, plus internal reinforcement in the toe box and heel counter. The shoe uses dual-density ankle cups on the medial and external sides to help protect the malleolus area during street riding.
Fit is adjusted with a metal eyelet lacing closure system for a traditional, tunable feel. Underfoot, an Alpinestars exclusive vulcanized rubber compound sole with a leather welt is designed for dependable grip. A heel pull tab helps make on-and-off more convenient.
