The Alpinestars SMX-6 V3 Vented Boots are street motorcycle boots built for riders who want increased airflow in warm conditions without giving up key protective details. An advanced microfiber upper uses a dedicated laser-perforated area, and perforation padding runs across the boot to help move air where it matters.
For support and coverage, the boot integrates an ankle brace protection system designed to provide bio-mechanical support between the lateral top calf, shin, and ankle while promoting ankle articulation. A Lace-Lock System made from an advanced polymer resin helps deliver a quick, precise, and secure closure.
The SMX-6 V3 Vented focuses on warm-weather comfort with an advanced microfiber upper that includes a dedicated laser-perforated area for breathability. Alpinestars also adds perforation padding across the entire boot to boost ventilation and help keep the ride feel cooler when conditions heat up.
A unique ankle brace protection system is designed to provide bio-mechanical support and protection between the lateral top calf, shin, and ankle, while encouraging ankle articulation. Front flex and back flexion zones use textile over-injected with soft TPU to promote natural forwards and backwards movement.
Race-inspired TPU coverage targets key impact and abrasion zones. The boot includes a strategically positioned, race-derived TPU shin plate protector and dual density TPU ankle protectors positioned between the upper and padded lining. A PU shifter zone adds protection on the lower medial side.
