The Alpinestars T-SP S WP Jacket is a street motorcycle riding jacket built for riders who want a versatile setup for day-to-day city use and touring. It combines a durable 600 denier polyester shell with a fully seam-taped waterproof membrane to help handle changing conditions.
For comfort across a wider temperature range, it adds upper side vents for airflow management and a removable thermal liner. Storage is covered with two front zippered pockets, an inner waterproof pocket, and two inner liner pockets, keeping essentials organized on the bike and off it.
The main shell uses hard wearing 600 denier polyester with a double polyurethane coating, backed up by 600 denier polyester internal reinforcement at the shoulders and elbows. A low-profile collar with a soft lining helps keep the feel comfortable at the neck, while the overall build is aimed at everyday street use.
Protection comes from Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus armor at the shoulders and elbows, specified as CE Level 1 EN1621-1:2012 Alpinestars Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder and elbow protectors. The jacket is also certified to CE Category II PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 —A class. A CE Level 2 EN1621-2:2014 Alpinestars Nucleon back protector is available as an accessory upgrade (sold separately).
A fully seam-taped waterproof membrane is paired with upper side vents to balance weather coverage with airflow. When temperatures drop, the removable thermal liner lets the rider adjust the jacket’s warmth. Hook and loop adjustment at the waist and cuffs, along with a YKK zipper closure, helps dial in a secure fit for street riding.
