The Cortech Aero-Flo 2.0 Jacket is a motorcycle riding jacket built around a durable 600-denier polyester and 600-denier poly mesh chassis, paired with a zip-out Aqua-Barrier® waterproof/breathable full-sleeve liner for changing conditions.
For protection-focused riding gear, it is abrasion, impact, and tear tested and CE-certified Class A EN 17092-4, and it comes equipped with Armanox® shoulder and elbow armor (CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1) plus Armanox® back armor (CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1). A performance-oriented fit with rolled shoulders, pre-curved rotated sleeves, and stretch panels helps keep movement natural on the bike.

Storage comes from zippered hand and chest pockets, while hook-and-loop waist adjusters with hidden arm snaps help fine-tune fit. Reflective inserts on the front, back, and arms add visibility, and YKK® brand zippers are used throughout.
