The Cortech Aero-Flo Jacket is a high-ventilation motorcycle riding jacket built around an abrasion-resistant 600D polyester shell with mesh panels to move air during warm-weather rides.

Construction

Comfort
A waterproof zip-out full sleeve rain liner helps adapt to shifting weather. Storage includes two zippered hand pockets, two zippered chest pockets, one hidden wrist pocket, and four internal pockets. Genuine YKK® zippers are used, and an 8” jacket-to-pant zipper attachment is included, with the pant-side piece included as well.

To support comfort on the bike, the Aero-Flo Jacket uses pre-curved and rotated sleeves that are shaped to match a natural riding posture. This riding-focused sleeve design helps the jacket feel more at home when the rider’s arms are extended to the controls, whether the ride is a commute or longer miles.
Construction
The Aero-Flo adds versatility with a waterproof zip-out full sleeve rain liner. Because it’s a full-sleeve liner that zips out, the jacket can be configured based on conditions—kept in place when weather turns, or removed when maximum airflow is the priority.
