The Cortech Chicane 2.0 Jacket is a sport-fit leather motorcycle riding jacket built around airflow, mobility, and a locked-in riding position. It uses 1.1–1.3mm drum-dyed genuine cowhide leather, with rotated sleeves and pre-curved arms to match an active stance on the bike.
When temperatures change, a removable full thermal vest liner adds versatility. Practical touches include a waterproof internal pocket with a waterproof zipper, soft microfiber at the collar and cuffs, and an included 8-inch jacket-to-pant zippered attachment for a more secure connection to riding pants.
Construction
Chicane 2.0 is made from 1.1–1.3mm drum-dyed genuine cowhide leather and shaped for a sport fit. Rotated sleeves and pre-curved arms help keep the jacket aligned in a natural riding position, while genuine YKK® zippers are used for the main closure and pocket zippers.
Ventilation
Ventilation comes from perforated leather panels on the chest and a fully perforated back panel. To help keep air moving when wearing a backpack, the jacket also adds side vents, and it finishes the flow with two large upper rear exhaust vents to encourage heat to exit as speeds increase.
Comfort
For impact coverage, Armanox® shoulder, elbow, and back armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1. Heavy-duty four-way stretch panels at the elbows, inner arms, and shoulders support mobility, while hook and loop waist and cuff adjustment straps help fine-tune the fit. Soft microfiber at the collar and cuffs adds comfort.
Comfort
The Chicane 2.0 Jacket balances airflow-focused leather perforation with a removable full thermal vest liner for temperature control. A waterproof internal pocket with a waterproof zipper helps protect small essentials inside the jacket, and reflective screen printing adds visibility. For riders who pair a jacket with riding pants, the included 8-inch jacket-to-pant zippered attachment provides a more connected feel during spirited riding.
