The Cortech Hyper Pants are versatile textile motorcycle riding pants built for everyday riding, with comfort-focused stretch zones, multiple airflow vents, and a removable liner for changing conditions. Designed to pair with the Hyper-Flo and Hyper-Tec Jackets, they use a 600D Carbolex polyester shell with reinforced high-wear areas.
A pre-curved leg shape helps maintain a natural riding position, while four-way stretch panels are placed through key movement zones to reduce binding.
Construction
Hyper Pants are built around an abrasion-resistant 600D Carbolex polyester shell, with 1000D polyester ripstop overlays in the seat and knees to back up high-wear areas. Pre-curved leg construction supports riding comfort, and durable YKK® brand zippers are used throughout for daily use.
Comfort
Removable EVA foam hip pads add coverage at the hips. Fit tuning comes from dual adjustable waist belts with TPR pull tabs, plus hook-and-loop leg cuff adjustment for a secure finish.
Ventilation
For temperature management, the pants combine large upper thigh vents, exterior side vents, and hidden lower leg vents to keep air moving when conditions warm up. When the weather turns, a removable waterproof and breathable Reissa liner can be installed. 3M Scotchlite reflective material on the knees and lower legs adds low-light visibility.
Construction
To keep movement natural on the bike, the Hyper Pants use heavy-duty four-way stretch panels through the crotch, inner thighs, knees, and rear yoke. This layout is intended to reduce restriction when bending at the hips and knees, and it works with the pre-curved leg construction to maintain comfort in a riding position without limiting mobility.

The removable waterproof and breathable Reissa liner is designed to add weather coverage when needed, then come out when conditions improve.
