The Cortech Men’s Aero-Tec 2.0 Jacket is a performance-focused motorcycle riding jacket built around a durable 600-denier polyester chassis and a streamlined, riding-ready cut. It’s designed to balance protective features with the mobility riders want when staying active on the bike.
CE-Certified Class A EN 17092-4 testing is paired with Armanox® Level 1 armor at the shoulders, elbows, and back. For changing conditions, a warm, quilted thermal zip-out vest liner adds versatility, while reflective inserts and practical pocketing round out the everyday ride setup.

The Aero-Tec 2.0 is cut with a performance fit that uses rolled shoulders and pre-curved, rotated sleeves to support a natural riding position. 4-way stretch panels at the shoulders and elbows help reduce restriction during reach and movement. Fine-tuning the fit is handled by hook-and-loop waist adjusters with hidden arm snaps.
A warm, quilted thermal zip-out vest liner provides an added layer without using a full-sleeve liner. Storage includes zippered hand and chest pockets, plus a waterproof internal cell phone pocket. Reflective inserts on the front, back, and arms add visibility details, and YKK® brand zippers are used throughout for dependable operation.

Impact coverage is handled by Armanox® armor in three zones: shoulders and elbows are impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1, and the back armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1. The jacket also includes an EU Declaration of Conformity.

To keep the jacket comfortable in a riding stance, the Aero-Tec 2.0 uses a performance fit with rolled shoulders and pre-curved, rotated sleeves. That patterning helps place the arms in a more natural position on the bike, while 4-way stretch at the shoulders and elbows supports movement during braking, turning, and body positioning. Hook-and-loop waist adjusters and hidden arm snaps allow additional fit changes.
