Construction
The shell uses free-flowing polyester mesh, backed up with 1000-denier nylon reinforcement at the shoulders and elbows. For standards-minded riders, the jacket is abrasion, impact, and tear tested and CE-certified Class A EN 17092-4, and it includes an EU Declaration of Conformity.
Included
Armanox® armor comes included at the shoulders, elbows, and back. The Armanox® shoulder armor and elbow armor are impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1, while the Armanox® back armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1.
Comfort
A zip-out Aqua-Barrier® waterproof/breathable thermal-insulated full-sleeve liner helps the jacket adapt across changing weather. Storage includes two zippered hand pockets, two zippered chest pockets, and a waterproof internal cell phone pocket.
Ventilation
The Hyper-Flo Air 2.0 Jacket pairs a free-flowing polyester mesh shell with a performance-focused pattern to keep a rider comfortable in a tucked or neutral riding stance. Rolled shoulders and pre-curved, rotated sleeves are designed around the riding position, while 4-way stretch panels at the shoulders and elbows help reduce binding when reaching for the bars.
