The Cortech Revo Leather Jacket is a race-inspired leather riding jacket built from 1.1–1.2mm drum-dyed cowhide leather, shaped with pre-curved, race-fit sleeves for an aggressive riding posture. Stretch and accordion leather panels are placed to support mobility while keeping the look and feel focused on performance styling.
For comfort across changing conditions, the Revo uses digitally cut perforation zones on the chest, back, and sleeves, along with rear zippered exhaust vents. Practical touches like a waterproof phone pocket, additional storage compartments, and 3M Scotchlite™ reflective accents round out the design.
Construction
Constructed from 1.1–1.2mm drum-dyed cowhide leather, the Revo focuses on durability with a premium leather feel. Accordion leather sections and 4-way stretch panels are integrated to help the jacket move with the rider, especially when getting on and off the bike or shifting body position through corners.
Ventilation
Digitally cut perforation zones on the chest, back, and sleeves are paired with rear zippered exhaust vents to help manage airflow through the jacket. When temperatures drop, a removable thermal vest liner adds warmth without changing the jacket’s core leather construction and race-fit shape.
Included
Armanox™ CE Level 1 armor is fitted at the shoulders, elbows, and back for impact coverage where riders expect it. External Cortech TPU shoulder protectors add an additional protective element at the shoulder area. For low-light conspicuity, the jacket includes 3M Scotchlite™ reflective elements.
Comfort
The Revo is designed around pre-curved, race-fit sleeves to suit a forward-leaning riding posture. Auto-locking zippered cuffs help keep the sleeve opening secure once adjusted, supporting a stable fit while riding.
Included
Along with multiple storage compartments, the Revo includes a dedicated waterproof phone pocket to help protect a key item riders commonly carry. These storage features are integrated into the jacket’s performance-oriented layout, keeping essentials close without relying on external add-ons.
