The Cortech Vader Jacket is a hybrid leather and mesh motorcycle riding jacket built for everyday riding and changing conditions. Its shell blends 1.1-1.2mm cowhide leather with tight-knit hi-flo poly mesh, pairing leather impact zones with mesh panels intended to promote airflow.
Stretch panels, fit adjusters, and practical storage round out a platform designed to move easily on the bike while keeping key features close at hand.

To adapt across conditions, the Vader Jacket uses an interchangeable liner system with a Reissa waterproof liner and a removable 100g quilted thermal vest. Snaplock zippered cuffs with mesh gussets help manage the interface at the wrist, and there is also an interior waterproof media device pocket for protected carry.
4-way stretch fabric at the neck/shoulder, underarms, and elbows is used to improve mobility in a riding position. Fine-tuning comes from adjustable waist belts and arm take-up straps, while a neoprene trimmed collar and cuffs add comfort at contact points. An Ideal Magzip front closure simplifies getting the jacket on and off.
