The CORTECH Women’s Aero-Tec 2.0 Jacket is a versatile women’s motorcycle riding jacket built around a durable 600-denier polyester chassis and a streamlined, performance-driven fit.
It is abrasion, impact, and tear tested, CE-certified Class A EN 17092-4, and comes with included Armanox® shoulder, elbow, and back armor that is CE certified to EN 1621 standards. For changing temperatures, the warm, quilted thermal zip-out vest liner adds insulation when needed and removes easily when conditions warm up.
Protection is centered on included Armanox® armor at the shoulders, elbows, and back. The shoulder and elbow armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1, while the back armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1. The jacket itself is CE-certified Class A EN 17092-4.
Designed with a performance fit, the Women’s Aero-Tec 2.0 Jacket uses rolled shoulders along with pre-curved, rotated sleeves to support a natural riding position. 4-way stretch at the shoulders and elbows helps free up movement on the bike, while hook-and-loop waist adjusters and hidden arm snaps let the fit be dialed in.
On-bike essentials stay close with zippered hand pockets and zippered chest pockets. A waterproof internal cell phone pocket helps protect a phone inside the jacket. Reflective inserts on the front, back, and arms add visibility in low light, and durable YKK® brand zippers are used throughout for daily use.

The shoulder and elbow protectors are CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1, and the back protector is CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1. An EU Declaration of Conformity is provided.
Comfort
With the liner installed, it adds insulation for cooler riding conditions; when the day warms up, it can be removed to reduce bulk. This flexibility helps the Aero-Tec 2.0 stay comfortable across a wider range of conditions without changing jackets.
