The Warp 9 E-Ride Pro SR/3.0 Rear Axle Kit (12mm) is a complete rear-axle and axle-block upgrade engineered to address common shortcomings in the OEM rear axle system while making rear wheel service faster and more accurate. It replaces the stock axle and blocks with a redesigned, longer axle and precision-fit, keyed axle blocks that remove play, prevent axle rotation, and improve rear wheel alignment. The captive adjuster design makes chain adjustment smoother and more precise, and the kit includes corrosion-resistant Grade 5 titanium adjuster bolts with matching lock nuts to help prevent rusted or seized adjusters. Wheel removal and installation can be done using a single 17mm socket.
This kit uses a precision-keyed axle and axle block design to prevent axle rotation. By keying the axle to the axle block, wheel removal and installation can be performed using only a single 17mm socket, simplifying rear wheel service. The redesigned axle and block system also helps eliminate slop for a stronger, more precise fit than the OEM rear axle system.
Left and right billet axle blocks are precision machined with a bore matched to the axle diameter to eliminate play between the axle and blocks. The blocks include swingarm-indexing steps for improved fitment, creating a more secure and accurate interface than the stock axle blocks. The result is improved wheel alignment and reduced movement under load.
A captive axle block design allows the adjuster bolts to positively move the axle block forward or backward, enabling smooth, precise chain adjustments without fighting loose components found in the OEM setup. The kit includes Grade 5 titanium adjuster bolts and matching titanium lock nuts, chosen for corrosion resistance to help eliminate rust and seized-adjuster issues common with OEM hardware.
