The FOX Baseframe Pro Padded Tights are men’s ¾-length mountain bike protective tights built for riders who want integrated knee and hip coverage plus on-bike comfort. They combine CE certified D3O® impact protection at the knees with a Superfabric knee skid plate designed to reduce friction against the skin and provide abrasion resistance in the event of a fall.
For longer trail days, these tights add a Dual Density EVO Chamois for comfort in the saddle, while the lightweight, breathable construction is made to feel seamless as the pace picks up. Available in Black across a wide range of sizes.
At the knees, the Baseframe Pro Padded Tights use CE certified D3O® impact protection to add coverage where it matters on the trail. A Superfabric knee skid plate is built in to help reduce friction between the tights and skin while also delivering abrasion resistance in the event of a fall.
Molded Poron® side panels add hip protection as part of the tight itself, keeping the coverage in place without separate straps or sleeves.
A Dual Density EVO Chamois is included to boost comfort in the saddle for pedal-heavy rides. The super lightweight, breathable ¾ length tight is designed for seamless comfort, helping it feel less bulky while still pairing protection features with an on-bike fit.
The knee zone pairs D3O® inserts with a Superfabric skid plate. FOX describes the skid plate as reducing friction between the tights and skin, while also providing maximum abrasion resistance in the event of a fall.
These tights use a 78% polyamide recycled, 22% elastane knit jersey. FOX recommends machine washing cold on a gentle cycle with gentle detergent, then line drying. Do not bleach, do not iron, and do not dry clean.
