Inside, the Flexair HD38 Pant uses a minimalistic internal liner designed to reduce chaffing. The simplified liner approach focuses on comfort during long motos and repeated transitions between seated and standing riding without adding unnecessary bulk.

Comfort
The shell is made from 75% polyester, 12% polyamide nylon, 8% elastane, and 5% cow leather, with a 100% polyester lining. FOX recommends machine washing cold on a gentle cycle, washing dark colors separately, using gentle detergent, and line drying. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or tumble dry.
