The FOX Launch Pro Knee Pads are men’s mountain bike knee guards built for riders who want coverage against everyday trail knocks without giving up a natural pedaling feel. A floating sleeve construction is designed to move with the leg, while the slip-on design is supported by a hook and loop adjuster to help keep the fit secure.
Protection is centered around a CE-certified D3O® insert, plus a removable internal hardcap that lets riders tune the protection level. Up front, an engineered KPU skid plate sits on a Cordura® front panel, with contoured EVA side panels adding extra coverage. The sleeve is antimicrobial to help reduce odor-causing bacteria.
Comfort
Launch Pro Knee Pads use a CE-certified D3O® insert along with a removable internal hardcap for customizable protection levels. They meet EN1621-1 Level 1 CE requirements with or without the hardcap in place, letting riders choose the setup that matches their riding and comfort preferences.
Construction
The floating sleeve construction is designed so the guard can move with the rider while pedaling. Fit is supported by slip-on construction combined with a hook and loop adjuster, and an extra-wide elastic upper band with a silicone gripper helps keep the top of the pad from shifting during the ride.

Comfort
The Launch Pro Knee Pads are made with 40% ethylene vinyl acetate, 20% polyester, 20% nylon, 5% spandex, 10% polyurethane. For care, FOX specifies machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, closing the velcro closure before washing, and line drying. Do not bleach, do not iron, and do not dry clean.
