Designed for 16 mm-18 mm round rack tubing, these pannier mounts use 16 mm-18 mm round tubing hangers and black anodized aluminum plates to hold compatible soft luggage in place.

The GIANT LOOP Pannier Mounts are a pair of quick-release, lockable hangers designed for side luggage rack systems that use 16 mm-18 mm round tubing. Built around black anodized aluminum plates, they are intended to secure Giant Loop’s Round The World or MotoTrekk Panniers and provide added adjustability for mounting soft luggage and gear.
These mounts come with two mounts and four matching keys, plus a stainless steel hardware kit for attaching Giant Loop’s Round The World Panniers (12 x bolts, washers, locknuts). They are also pre-drilled for Rotopax mounts and can be used with Rotopax gas/water cans for installation on many popular rack systems. Will NOT fit BMW 800GSA factory side luggage racks.

Safety Design
Each mount uses a quick release, quick-mount latch and hook setup, with a lockable design for securing the panniers to the plates. The set is supplied with two mounts and four matching keys, providing a consistent key match for both sides when using the lock feature.
Installation
A stainless steel hardware kit is included to attach Giant Loop’s Round The World Panniers (12 x bolts, washers, locknuts). The plates are pre-drilled for Rotopax mounts, and the mounts can also be used with Rotopax gas/water cans for installation on many popular side luggage rack systems.
Construction
GIANT LOOP builds these mounts from aircraft-grade aluminum with an anodized black finish, listed at 4 lbs. For stable positioning on rack tubing, each side uses a thumbscrew intended to prevent the Pannier Mount from sliding on the rack. The latches and hooks come pre-assembled, helping keep the mounting interface consistent from side to side.

These mounts are specified for 16 mm-18 mm round tubing hangers and are intended for use on side luggage rack systems that match that tubing range. For BMW GS Adventure original equipment luggage racks and other racks with a step around the exhaust, GIANT LOOP notes an optional GSA Adapter Kit can be added. Will NOT fit BMW 800GSA factory side luggage racks.
