HJC · C91 · Modular
The HJC C91 Jyn Snow is a modular motorcycle helmet built for cold-weather riding where fog control, airflow management, and comfort matter. It combines an Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell with a ventilation layout designed to move air through deep internal channels to help reduce heat buildup during active rides.
For changing trail light, the integrated sun shield adjusts quickly. The helmet is designed around the HJ-17 shield system, which is available with electric or dual lens options, and uses the RapidFire™ system for quick shield swaps. Inside, the SuperCool® interior uses moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial fabric, with removable and washable crown and cheek pads for easy upkeep.
Construction
Built as a modular helmet, the C91 Jyn Snow uses an Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell and meets DOT standards. Sizing runs from X-Small through 5X-Large, including 3X-Large, 4X-Large, and 5X-Large options, giving riders a broad fit range for cold-weather use.
Shield
The HJ-17 shield platform is available with electric or dual lens options to help maintain clear vision in snowy, wet, and variable conditions. An integrated sun shield adds fast, on-the-fly tint adjustment when light changes on the trail, and the RapidFire™ shield replacement system is designed to make visor changes quick and straightforward.
Comfort
The SuperCool® interior is built with moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial fabric to help keep the helmet feeling comfortable throughout the day. For maintenance, the crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, making it easier to refresh the fit components after repeated cold-weather rides.
Ventilation
The C91 Jyn Snow uses HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System, designed to move air through deep internal channels. In cold conditions where riders can still generate heat, that airflow path helps manage heat buildup and can help reduce fogging while riding. This approach supports steady comfort during stop-and-go trail sections and higher-effort moments without relying solely on opening the shield.
Shield
Designed for winter variability, the helmet is built around the HJ-17 shield system, which is available with electric or dual lens options. When conditions shift, the RapidFire™ shield replacement system is intended to make swapping the visor fast and simple, including when wearing gloves. Combined with the integrated sun shield, the setup supports quick adjustments for visibility as weather and light change.
Communication
The communication unit is optional and sold separately. This built-in readiness is aimed at riders who want to keep the helmet set up for communication without changing the helmet’s core cold-weather focus.
