The HJC CL-Y Chin Curtain is a helmet accessory designed to close off the lower opening around the chin area to help limit wind and cold air entering the helmet. Built for HJC CL-Y snow helmets, it’s intended for riders who spend time in low temperatures and want a warmer, calmer feel at the bottom edge of the helmet.
By helping cut down drafts, it can improve comfort in cold-weather conditions and reduce buffeting at higher speeds. The flexible material is shaped to contour to the helmet opening for a more consistent seal where air typically sneaks in.
