The HJC i91 Felio is a full-face motorcycle helmet built with daily commuting in mind and tuned for touring and cruising comfort. Offered in Felio MC-1SF, Felio MC-21, Felio MC-5, and Felio MC-8SF, it combines a slim, sleek front profile with enhanced aerodynamics intended to keep the ride smooth and stable.
Riders get a Pinlock-Ready HJ-33 visor with 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating, plus an adjustable HJ-V12 sunshield for changing light. It also uses a Double D-Ring with retention strap and is DOT Approved.
Construction
The i91 uses HJC’s Advanced Polycarbonate Compound (APC) shell, blending high-grade polycarbonate and ABS. It’s built in 4 shell sizes and finished with a slim, sleek front view. For fit security, it uses a Double D-Ring with retention strap. Integrated grooves are shaped to accommodate glasses for more comfortable wear.
Shield
Up front, the Pinlock-Ready HJ-33 visor is treated with an anti-scratch coating and provides 99% UV protection to help maintain clear vision. For bright conditions, the helmet includes an adjustable HJ-V12 sunshield with its own anti-scratch coating, giving riders an easy way to manage changing light while on the move.
Comfort
All sizes interchangeable cheek pads make it easier to fine-tune fit across sizes. The i91 is also Smart HJC ready for 11B, 21B, and 50B Bluetooth communication systems (sold separately), supporting connected riding features.

Behind the main shield, an adjustable HJ-V12 sunshield adds quick light control for touring, cruising, and stop-and-go urban riding.
Ventilation
