HJC · i91 · Modular
The HJC i91 Felio Snow is a modular motorcycle helmet designed with cold-weather riding in mind, combining a slim front profile with touring-focused convenience. Offered in Felio Snow MC-1SF, Felio Snow MC-21, Felio Snow MC-5, and Felio Snow MC-8SF, it brings quick adaptability for changing winter light and conditions.
Its Polycarbonate Composite Shell is paired with enhanced air circulation to help manage airflow when temperatures drop. For visibility, the HJ-33 face shield supports electric or dual lens shield options, and the Dynamic multi-step HJ-V12 sun shield adds on-the-fly light control. Inside, a fully removable interior, eyeglasses-friendly 3D contour shape, and interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes help dial in fit and comfort.
Construction
Built around a Polycarbonate Composite Shell, the i91 uses a slim, sleek front profile for a clean modular shape. It meets DOT FMVSS No. 218 and secures with a Double D-ring retention strap. Reflective trim is added for low-light visibility details without changing the helmet’s straightforward touring look.
Shield
The HJ-33 face shield is designed to accept electric or dual lens shield options for winter riding visibility needs. For fast transitions when light changes, the Dynamic multi-step HJ-V12 sun shield allows incremental positioning, making it easy to fine-tune glare control while staying focused on the road.
Comfort
The interior is fully removable to help riders customize comfort over time. Cheek pads are interchangeable across all sizes to fine-tune fit, and the 3D contour shape is designed to accommodate eyeglasses. Included removable breath guard, chin curtain, and shield vent plugs add cold-weather usability options.
Ventilation
For riders who keep going when the season turns, the i91 Felio Snow pairs its slim modular profile with high-performance enhanced air circulation. The ventilation approach is intended to manage airflow in colder conditions, helping balance comfort during winter touring or commuting. For additional setup flexibility, shield vent plugs are included, allowing riders to tailor how much air comes through the shield area based on conditions and preference.
Shield
Changing light is common in cold-weather riding, and the i91 addresses it with two layers of control. The helmet’s HJ-33 face shield supports electric or dual lens shield options, while the Dynamic multi-step HJ-V12 sun shield provides quick, incremental adjustment for glare management. Together, these systems are geared toward maintaining clear, adaptable vision through variable winter environments.
Communication
A SMART HJC Bluetooth unit is optional and sold separately, allowing riders to choose whether to add communication based on their needs.
