The HJC i91 Gaia is a sleek modular motorcycle helmet built with touring and cruising in mind. It uses an Advanced Polycarbonate Compound (APC) shell made from a blend of high-grade polycarbonate and ABS, shaped for a slim, streamlined front profile and supported by enhanced aerodynamics for stable road manners.
For everyday convenience, the i91 adds an integrated sun visor and a Pinlock-Ready HJ-33 face shield with an anti-scratch coating and 99% UV protection. Comfort-focused details include a fully removable interior and interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes, plus built-in grooves designed to accommodate eyeglasses. It’s also Smart HJC ready for select Bluetooth systems (sold separately).
Construction
The i91 uses an Advanced Polycarbonate Compound (APC) shell that blends high-grade polycarbonate and ABS. It’s offered in 4 Shell Sizes to help match fit across the size range. A Double D-Ring With Retention Strap secures the helmet, and built-in eyeglass grooves are shaped to make wearing glasses more comfortable.
Shield
Up front, the Pinlock-Ready HJ-33 visor is treated with an anti-scratch coating and provides 99% UV protection. For changing light, the helmet includes an adjustable HJ-V12 sunshield with its own anti-scratch coating. Comfort
For riders who want connectivity, it is Smart HJC ready to integrate with the 11B, 21B, and 50B Bluetooth communication systems, which are optional and sold separately.
