The HJC RPHA 12N Lif is a full-face motorcycle helmet built around a PIM EVO shell and bold race-inspired styling for riders who want a focused street-and-track design. Construction
RPHA 12N uses HJC’s Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) construction with high-performance materials infused with epoxy resin and fiber tissue. The shell’s aerodynamic structure is intended for high-speed stability and reduced drag, aligning with the helmet’s street and track performance focus.
Ventilation
Airflow is managed through an advanced vent layout with 4 air intakes and 3 exhaust vents. An enlarged front intake is designed to push more air toward the shield area for maximum defogging, helping keep the helmet comfortable and consistently ventilated during higher-speed riding.
Shield
The helmet is equipped with a Pinlock-ready HJ-42 visor featuring an anti-scratch coating and 99% UV protection. A two-way pivot ratchet system supports smooth opening and closing while improving sealing, and the curved shield and ratchet design is intended to reduce air drag and noise.
Aerodynamics
RPHA 12N’s shell shape is engineered around aerodynamics, with an emphasis on stability during high-speed riding and on managing airflow around the helmet. Comfort
For situations where quick access is needed, the RPHA 12N includes an emergency kit design with removable cheek pads and an emergency pull tab. The interior is also fully removable, and the cheek pads are interchangeable across all sizes, letting riders dial in comfort and fit while retaining the helmet’s emergency-focused removal setup.
