Construction
RPHA 12N uses an aerodynamic shell structure developed for high-speed stability and extreme performance. The shell is constructed with high-performance materials infused with epoxy resin and fiber tissue, drawing inspiration from aircraft and racing technology with the goal of reduced drag and lasting durability.
Ventilation
An advanced vent layout supports consistent airflow at speed. The system combines 4 air intakes with 3 exhaust vents, and the front intake is enlarged to help maximize defogging. This setup is designed to move fresh air through the helmet and release warm air efficiently.
Comfort
The Pinlock-ready HJ-42 visor features an anti-scratch coating and 99% UV protection. A two-way pivot ratchet system is designed for smooth operation and improved sealing against the elements. For comfort, the interior is fully removable, and the cheek pads are interchangeable across all sizes for fit tuning.
Shield
The RPHA 12N’s HJ-42 Curved Shield is paired with a ratchet system intended to help reduce air drag and noise while maintaining stable sealing. The visor is Pinlock-ready and is treated with an anti-scratch coating, plus it provides 99% UV protection. Its two-way pivot ratchet mechanism is designed to deliver smooth opening and closing action while improving how the shield meets the eyeport gasket for weather management.
Construction
This helmet is built with HJC’s Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) shell, described as enhancing impact resistance while keeping the helmet lightweight and durable. For additional safety-oriented design, an emergency kit with removable cheek pads supports quick and secure rescue when needed, and an emergency pull tab is included.
