The HJC RPHA 1N 2 Carbon Funky Diablo is a full-face motorcycle helmet built around a carbon fiber outer shell and a competition-driven design shaped by MotoGP development. It’s aimed at riders who want a track-focused fit and aerodynamic stability at speed while keeping weight to a minimum.
In Funky Diablo MC-8, this helmet pairs bold carbon styling with practical, race-ready equipment right out of the box, including a Pinlock-ready HJ-35 visor system and included tear-off film. Venting is managed through HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System, and the interior is designed for long sessions with moisture-wicking, quick-drying, anti-bacterial materials. It is FIM approved and DOT ECE 22.06.
Aerodynamics
The RPHA 1N 2 Carbon shell profile and vent placement are developed using MotoGP rider data to support stability and control at higher speeds. Its carbon fiber outer shell is engineered for ultra-lightweight strength, helping reduce fatigue during aggressive riding and extended track sessions.
Ventilation
HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System routes air from front to back through five intake ports and four exhaust vents. This layout is designed to move heat and humidity out efficiently, supporting consistent comfort and focus during high-intensity riding.
Shield
The Pinlock-ready HJ-35 visor is specified with 99% UV protection and a dual-locking mechanism for added security at speed.
Construction
Built with a carbon fiber outer shell, the RPHA 1N 2 Carbon is designed for ultra-lightweight strength and shock resistance. This helmet is listed as FIM approved and DOT ECE 22.06, aligning its construction and design with professional competition expectations. It also incorporates an emergency cheek pad release system intended to support quicker helmet removal when needed.
Comfort
Inside, the helmet uses an anti-bacterial liner described as moisture-wicking and quick-drying to help manage sweat during demanding rides. Fit tuning is supported by interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes, allowing riders to dial in a more precise feel. Integrated speaker pockets are built in to accommodate Bluetooth communication systems, with the communication unit sold separately.
