Race-bred RPHA 1N Toxin full-face helmet

The HJC RPHA 1N Toxin is a limited edition, full-face motorcycle helmet developed for race-level performance. Built around the same RPHA 1N model used by HJC athletes in MotoGP and WorldSBK, it’s shaped to stay stable at speed while supporting the demands of track-focused riding.

Its Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) construction uses reinforcement materials listed as carbon and carbon-glass hybrid fabric, and it’s backed by FIM, ECE, & DOT Approved standards. Included items add race-day practicality with tear-offs plus a breath deflector, chin curtain, and a clear extended aero-spoiler.

Construction

P.I.M. shell construction

RPHA 1N uses Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) construction with reinforcement materials specified as carbon and carbon-glass hybrid fabric. For emergency situations, it also features an Emergency Kit with cheek pads designed to support quick and safe rescue. The EPS design is shaped to accommodate both eyeglasses and sunglasses.

Shield

Tool-less visor changes

The RPHA 1N visor system is built around an easy attachment design for quick, tool-less replacements. A 2 Pivot Ratchet system and a double visor locking mechanism are used to keep operation secure and consistent, aimed at the needs of high-speed riding where reliable shield function matters.

Ventilation

ACS ventilation layout

HJC’s ACS Advanced Channeling Ventilation System uses 5 intakes and 4 exhausts to move air from front to back through the helmet. This airflow is intended to help flush out heat and humidity during riding, while also working to reduce visor fogging as conditions change.

Aerodynamics

Aerodynamics for high speed

RPHA 1N is engineered with a sleek shell profile focused on reducing drag for stability at speed. HJC describes the shell materials as high-performance components infused with epoxy resin and fiber tissue, commonly used in aircraft industry and racing environments. In this limited edition Toxin graphic, the helmet keeps the same race-bred platform developed with feedback from top MotoGP athletes over several years of focused development.
