The HJC RPHA 72 Value is a full-face motorcycle helmet built for riders who balance everyday commuting with longer miles. Using a Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) composite shell, it delivers a lighter feel with a stable, streamlined ride experience.
For changing light and weather, it pairs a Pinlock®-ready HJ-48 visor with an HJ-V12 dynamic multi-step internal sun visor. Cooling is managed through HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System to move air front to back and help reduce heat and humidity. Inside, a moisture-wicking liner and semi-neck roll design are intended to improve comfort while helping with noise control on extended rides. It meets DOT FMVSS 218 Approved & ECE 22.06.
Construction
The RPHA 72 uses a Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) composite shell and is certified to DOT FMVSS 218 Approved & ECE 22.06. It also includes reflective trim and a titanium double D-ring for secure fastening. For situations where quick helmet removal is needed, the design includes an emergency cheek pad release system.
Shield
For clear, adaptable vision, the helmet uses a Pinlock®-ready HJ-48 visor with 99% UV protection and a scratch-resistant surface. Behind it, the HJ-V12 internal sun visor features a dynamic multi-step adjustment, letting the rider fine-tune coverage as lighting conditions change during daily rides or longer trips.
Comfort
HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System is designed to push airflow from the front of the helmet through to the rear, helping flush heat and humidity during warm-weather or high-mile days. A moisture-wicking liner supports all-day comfort, while the semi-neck roll design is intended to help with noise control.
Ventilation
The Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) on the RPHA 72 is engineered for consistent front-to-back airflow. Intake and exhaust vent placement is designed to move fresh air through the helmet, then push warm, humid air out to help maintain a more balanced interior environment. This approach supports rider comfort when traffic, heat, or long stints in the saddle can otherwise build warmth inside a full-face helmet.
Shield
The RPHA 72’s vision package combines an HJ-48 visor and an HJ-V12 internal sun visor to handle a wide range of riding conditions. The HJ-48 is Pinlock®-ready and provides 99% UV protection, with a scratch-resistant finish intended to keep the view clear over time. The internal HJ-V12 sun visor uses a dynamic multi-step adjustment so the rider can tailor shading to changing sun angles and shifting light.
Communication
With a compatible unit fitted, riders can add connectivity for tasks like communication, GPS prompts, or music without changing the helmet’s intended fit and feel. The Bluetooth communication system is optional and sold separately.
