The HJC RPHA 91 Fensh is a modular motorcycle helmet built for riders who put in serious touring miles and want day-long comfort with the convenience of a flip-up design. Its Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) EVO shell is designed to balance lightweight feel and stability for long stretches on the road.
A streamlined modular profile and aerodynamic shaping help the helmet feel smoother at speed, while the ventilation system is set up for strong airflow through top and low vents. The HJ-37 shield system is Pinlock-ready and pairs with a multi-step internal sun shield, with a dark smoke sun shield pre-installed for quick adaptation to changing light.
Construction
RPHA 91 uses HJC’s Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.) EVO construction. The shell is built with high-performance reinforcement materials and is shaped for aerodynamic stability, helping the helmet stay composed on longer highway runs while keeping a balanced, lightweight feel for touring-focused riding.
Shield
The HJ-37 visor system uses a quick, secure ratchet design for straightforward shield changes. The face shield is Pinlock-ready and features an anti-scratch coating plus 99% UV protection. Inside, a dynamic multi-step sun shield allows fine positioning, with a dark smoke sun shield pre-installed.
Comfort
An antibacterial interior is paired with removable and washable crown and cheek pads to keep the fit fresh over time. A neckroll system is designed to reduce wind noise, and the 2-way pivot chin bar is intended to cut wind noise and air drag with a compact profile when opened. Smart HJC readiness supports 11B, 21B, and 50B systems (sold separately).
Aerodynamics
RPHA 91’s aerodynamic performance comes from a shell crafted with high-performance materials infused with epoxy resin and fiber tissue. The streamlined shape is designed to reduce air resistance and support a steady feel at speed, which suits long-distance touring where stability and reduced wind push matter. The modular design is also engineered for a more compact profile when the chin bar is in the up position, helping manage air drag during everyday stops and transitions.
Ventilation
For warm weather miles and variable conditions, the helmet uses maximum performance top vents and low vents to move air through the helmet. To help manage turbulence and sound, it also incorporates a neckroll system intended to reduce wind noise. The 2-way pivot chin bar is designed to reduce wind noise and air drag, supporting a calmer ride feel on longer highway stretches without giving up the convenience riders expect from a modular helmet.
