Flannel Style Motorcycle Jacket with D3O Protectors

The ICON Fallblock CX Flannel™ Jacket is a riding jacket that keeps a casual flannel look while adding motorcycle-focused construction details. It’s built from cotton nylon flannel and reinforced internally with 300D polyester at the elbows and shoulders.

For cooler conditions, it uses quilted 85 gm polyfil insulation for warmth, while underarm vents can be opened to add airflow in hotter weather. A two-way zipper paired with a snap closure at the top helps secure the front closure, and integrated D3O® protectors are included for the elbows, shoulders, and back.

Reinforced Flannel Shell

Fallblock CX starts with a cotton nylon flannel exterior for an everyday appearance. Inside, 300D polyester reinforcements are placed in key areas at the elbows and shoulders to add durability where it’s needed for riding use.

Warmth and Airflow Control

Quilted 85 gm polyfil insulation is used to add warmth for cooler rides. When temperatures climb, underarm vents can be opened to provide airflow, helping the jacket adapt across changing conditions.

Closures and Impact Protectors

A two-way zipper makes the main closure adjustable, with a snap closure over the top for added security. The jacket comes equipped with D3O® Ghost impact protectors in the elbows and shoulders, plus a D3O® Viper back impact protector.

The Fallblock CX Flannel™ Jacket is designed to look ultra-casual while still incorporating the hallmarks of a motorcycle jacket. Its cotton nylon flannel construction is backed up with internal 300D polyester reinforcements in the elbows and shoulders, combining a familiar flannel style with riding-specific material placement. Color and size selections are offered in Red or Black across Small through 3XL.

Ventilation

Built for changing weather

Temperature management is handled through a mix of insulation and venting. The quilted 85 gm polyfil insulation is intended to add warmth, while underarm vents are there to provide airflow during hot weather riding. The two-way zipper and snap-at-top closure finish out the front, letting the jacket be secured while on the bike.
