Mesh and Textile Riding Jacket with Sport Fit

The ICON Overlord3™ Jacket is a riding jacket built around an Iron Weave™ mesh chassis, paired with 300D poly shoulders and added 300D poly layering in high-impact areas. For added durability, it also uses 1680D polyester with internal reinforcements.

It comes equipped with D30® removable Viper back protection and D3O® T5 EVO elbow and shoulder impact protectors. ICON® Sport Fit details include pre-curved arms and waist adjusters, while airflow features include an Airfly™ center front mesh panel, an integrated lower back exhaust vent, and cuff vents. A Removeable insulated vest liner adds versatility across changing conditions.

ICON® Sport Fit is designed with pre-curved arms and waist adjusters for a riding-focused shape. Venting is handled through the Airfly™ center front mesh panel, an integrated lower back exhaust vent, and cuff vents. A Removeable insulated vest liner adds another layer when desired.

ICON® Sport Fit on the Overlord3™ Jacket is built around pre-curved arms for a more natural riding position, with waist adjusters to help fine-tune the fit. This combination is intended to reduce bunching and help keep the jacket positioned comfortably when reaching to the bars, while still allowing the rider to dial in the waist for a more secure feel.

Ventilation

Airflow-Focused Vent Layout

Airflow features on the Overlord3™ Jacket center on the Airfly™ center front mesh panel, paired with an integrated lower back exhaust vent and cuff vents. Together, these elements are designed to move air through the jacket during riding. When conditions call for more warmth, the Removeable insulated vest liner can be used to change the overall feel without changing the jacket’s core chassis.
