KTM Motor slip regulation (MSR) is an electronic function that helps control excessive engine braking. During rapid downshifts or abrupt throttle roll-off, the Ride-by-Wire system opens the throttle valve enough to help prevent the rear wheel from drifting away. With MSC support, the effect also works depending on the cornering angle.
