The Leatt Body Vest 3DF AirFit Evo is a soft-shell compression vest designed to carry certified impact protection for the chest and back in a lightweight, flexible package. Built around 3DF AirFit multi-impact energy-absorbing impact foam, it’s shaped with a 3D design for a close, comfortable fit while staying easy to move in.
Suited to Moto, ADV, and MTB riding, the vest uses a full-length back protector and a larger chest impact area, with padded flanks adding coverage at the sides. A chest strap helps keep the protection positioned, and the integrated BraceOn system is designed to work with a Leatt neck brace (sold separately).
Construction
This vest is CE-tested and certified as impact protection for key zones: Chest EN1621-3 Level 2 and Back EN1621-2 Level 2. It uses soft 3DF AirFit impact foam that remains flexible and is designed to absorb multiple impacts, combining a soft-shell feel with structured coverage in a wearable vest format.
Comfort
A compression-vest chassis and elastic chest strap help keep the protectors securely positioned during riding. The 3D design is intended to create a comfortable fit, while the padded flanks add side coverage without changing the vest’s low-profile feel for layering under riding gear.
Fitment
The Body Vest 3DF AirFit Evo features a slimmer BraceOn neck brace fitting system and is BraceOn compatible with ventilated MoistureCool and AirMesh fabrics, for use with a compatible Leatt neck brace (sold separately). For maintenance, it is designed to be easy to hand wash and comes in plastic-free packaging.
