The Leatt Chest Protector 2.5 is a lightweight chest protector designed for Moto, ADV, and MTB riding, providing coverage for the chest and back with a focus on comfort and airflow.
Built with a combination of hard shell and FlexMesh in a 3D ergonomic design, it’s shaped for an excellent fit while ventilation slots promote airflow during long rides. For added flexibility, the front and rear plates can be removed to match different riding preferences, and the BraceOn system is designed to work with a neck brace fit (sold separately).

This chest protector is CE-tested and certified impact protection: Back EN1621-2 Level 1, and CE-tested and certified roost protection: Chest EN14021. It also includes a padded base layer for the chest, rounding out a setup intended for chest and back coverage across multiple riding disciplines.
Construction
Leatt combines a lightweight hard shell with FlexMesh construction to balance structure and low bulk. The 3D design is intended to sit comfortably on the body, offering a secure feel without unnecessary weight, while still keeping the chest-and-back layout streamlined for riding.
