The Leatt Chest Protector 4.5 Hybrid Pro - Junior is a youth-focused chest protector designed for Moto, ADV, and MTB riding. It combines a hard shell chest protector with a ventilated FlexMesh Pro chest section and a soft, ventilated 3DF impact foam back that forms to the rider’s body, plus integrated shoulder guards.
Built around flex joints and soft impact foams, it’s made to move with the rider for 3D flexing and a dialed-in fit. Adjustable straps help keep positioning secure, and the BraceOn™ system is designed to create a seamless neck brace fit with compatible braces (sold separately).
This protector is CE-tested and certified as impact protection for key zones: Chest EN1621-3 Level 2, Back EN1621-2 Level 2, and Shoulder EN1621-1 Level 1. It also carries a Total Leatt® protection score of 16 points, giving riders a clear way to reference its coverage and certification details.
The 4.5 Hybrid Pro Jr pairs a hard shell chest protector with light, ventilated FlexMesh Pro impact protection, then adds a comfortable 3DF AirFit back. The back section is described as soft and ventilated, and it’s designed to form to the shape of the body for a more natural, close-to-rider fit.
