The LEATT Protection Kit 1.5 Max - Mini is an all-in-one protection kit built for junior riders across Moto, ADV, and MTB. It brings together key coverage in a modular starter set that’s designed to make gearing up quick and straightforward.
This kit includes the 1.5 Fusion Vest Mini, which combines an integrated 1.5 Neck Brace with the 1.5 Pro Mini Chest Guard, plus 1.5 Mini Elbow and Knee Guards. With FlexMesh construction and vented foam padding, it’s made for comfortable wear, durability, and easy cleaning.

The 1.5 Fusion Vest Mini combines the 1.5 neck brace with the 1.5 Pro Mini Chest Guard for a wearable, consolidated setup. The integrated 1.5 Neck Brace features a rear thoracic strut designed to break away under extreme load, and the vest also provides chest and shoulder protection.
For day-to-day comfort, the kit uses FlexMesh protection construction and vented foam padding. The 1.5 Mini Elbow and Knee Guards add hard-cap FlexMesh vented protection, helping keep the feel supportive while staying practical for repeated use and easy cleaning after riding.
Construction
The Protection Kit 1.5 Max - Mini is built around Leatt’s named technologies: Alternative Load Path Technology (ALPT®), 3DF Tech, Hard Shell, and FlexMesh. Together with the integrated layout of the Fusion Vest Mini and the hard-cap FlexMesh design on the mini elbow and knee guards, these technologies define the kit’s construction approach and how the different protection components are combined into a single junior-focused setup.
