The Warp 9 Racing Light Bee 12.9 Cryo Steel Rear Linkage Bolt Kit is a complete rear linkage hardware upgrade built to help bullet proof your Sur-Ron Light Bee under hard riding. It’s machined from 12.9 grade steel and cryo-treated for enhanced strength, targeting strength and durability in the rear suspension pivot points. Key design details include fully shanked bolts to help prevent threads from cutting into your frame or swingarm, plus a one-piece triangle pivot bolt with a large flanged face that acts as a shield. The kit also includes matching Fuji lock nuts with a sleek black oxide coating for added protection and corrosion resistance.
Machined from 12.9 grade steel and cryo-treated for enhanced strength, this linkage bolt kit is designed to withstand tough conditions. The combination of 12.9 grade steel and cryo treatment results in a bolt that is 3 to 4 times stronger than OEM bolts and 2 times stronger than titanium.
Fully shanked bolts are used throughout the kit so there’s no threaded section cutting into your frame or swingarm. This design focuses on durability at the contact points where the linkage hardware passes through the chassis and swingarm.
The triangle pivot bolt is a one-piece design with a large flanged face to act as a shield. This one-piece pivot bolt gets rid of the OEM mixture of loose bushings, plastic washers and undersized bolts. Four Neoprene washers go between the pivot bolt flange and triangle to frame to help protect the needle cage bearing from dirt and water.
