The RK 420 MRU E-Moto Chain is a lightweight, low friction, sealed 420 pitch chain built for e-moto and mini-moto applications, including Honda Monkey and Honda Grom. It uses RK’s proprietary Ultra Thin Seal U-Rings to help keep performance consistent while reducing the need for frequent maintenance compared with comparable non-sealed 420 chains. With 120 links, it provides the length needed for common setups while delivering longer service life and fewer adjustment intervals thanks to its sealed design.
MRU chains utilize RK’s proprietary Ultra Thin Seal U-Rings, allowing the thickness of the seal to be less than 50% of the most common O-ring seal. The thinner sealing design is intended to help reduce drag while still providing the benefits of a sealed chain, supporting smooth running and better protection for internal components.
MRU features 4 times longer chain life and will require less chain adjustments than comparable non-sealed 420 chains. This makes it a strong option for riders who want the efficiency of a 420 pitch chain while spending less time on routine chain tension corrections during regular use.
This is a sealed, U-Ring 420 pitch chain supplied in a 120 link length. The lightweight, low friction design makes it a practical match for compact bikes where efficiency and responsiveness matter, and it is specifically called out as perfect for Honda Monkey and Honda Grom applications.
