The SHOEI CJ-2 Pinlock® Ready Face Shield is a replacement visor made specifically for SHOEI J-Cruise 3 and J-Cruise II helmets. Built for open-face riding, it focuses on clear optics, reduced wind disturbance, and straightforward shield swaps.
Using SHOEI’s 3D injection-molded design, this shield is shaped for a wide, sharp view with a scratch-resistant coating for everyday durability. It also filters nearly 100% UVA and UVB for strong sun protection. An integrated air dam helps cut wind noise and turbulence, and the QR-N base plate system supports secure fitment along with simple installation and removal. It’s compatible with the Pinlock® CJ-2/CJ-2SP Lens Insert (sold separately) for added fog resistance.
Shield
The CJ-2 Face Shield uses a distortion-free 3D injection-molded design to maintain clear visibility across a wide field of view. A scratch-resistant coating adds durability for regular street use, helping the surface hold up to typical day-to-day handling and riding conditions.
Aerodynamics
An integrated air dam is built into the shield to reduce wind noise and turbulence during open-face riding. The design is intended to support a quieter ride feel while maintaining the shield’s shape and optical clarity.
Installation
This shield is made to work with the QR-N base plate system for secure fitment and simple replacement. It’s designed to be easy to install and remove, making routine swaps and cleaning more convenient on SHOEI J-Cruise 3 and J-Cruise II helmets.
The CJ-2 Pinlock® Ready Face Shield is compatible with the Pinlock® CJ-2/CJ-2SP Lens Insert (sold separately). This compatibility is designed to help prevent fogging as weather and humidity change, while keeping the shield’s clear view and everyday usability for open-face riding.
For riders spending long hours in daylight, this shield provides nearly 100% UVA and UVB protection. The UV filtering is built into the shield’s performance so sun exposure is reduced without needing to change how the helmet is used or how the shield is operated.
