The SHOEI CNS-1 Pinlock® Ready Face Shield is a replacement visor designed for SHOEI GT-Air II helmets. It’s built for riders who want a wide, clear view with reliable weather sealing, plus the convenience of quick shield changes.
This shield uses SHOEI’s 3D-molded design for clear optics and includes UV filtering that blocks more than 99% of harmful rays. Spring-loaded base plates and the QR-N system are used to help maintain a secure, weather-resistant seal while allowing tool-free shield swaps. It is offered in Clear, Dark Smoke, Mellow Smoke, Spectra Blue, Spectra Chrome, and Spectra Fire Orange.
Designed to increase both vertical and horizontal visibility on the SHOEI GT-Air II, the CNS-1 Pinlock® Ready Face Shield helps open up the rider’s sightlines. Its 3D-molded construction is intended to deliver clear optics across the shield for a clean view of the road ahead.
For everyday riding in changing light, the CNS-1 shield incorporates UV filtering with a stated UV filter rating of greater than 99%. This helps reduce exposure to harmful rays while keeping the optics clear across the face shield.
Spring-loaded base plates work with SHOEI’s QR-N system to create a secure, weather-resistant seal. The same system is also designed to make shield removal and installation fast, allowing swaps without tools when conditions change.
Shield
This CNS-1 face shield is Pinlock® ready and is compatible with the Pinlock® CWR-1/CW-1/CNS-1 Lens Insert (sold separately). Adding the insert is an option for riders who want fog-resistant performance in a wide range of weather conditions while continuing to use the same shield system on the SHOEI GT-Air II.
Installation
On the SHOEI GT-Air II, the CNS-1 shield interfaces with spring-loaded base plates and the QR-N system. Together, they are intended to support a secure, weather-resistant seal around the eyeport while also enabling quick, tool-free shield changes. This setup is designed for riders who routinely transition between different conditions and want a straightforward replacement shield installation.
