Construction

Shield
The Racing Shield System centers on the CWR-F2R shield. Using SHOEI’s 3D injection-molding process, the shield is designed to provide a distortion-free view throughout the entire X-Fifteen eyeport. An Anti-fog Sheet is included to help manage fogging in changing conditions.
Comfort
Inside, the X-Fifteen uses the 3D Max-Dry Custom Interior System II, designed to be fully removable, washable, adjustable, and replaceable. For added day-to-day comfort management, the helmet includes a Breath Guard and Chin Curtain, helping riders fine-tune airflow and coverage around the face area.
Ventilation
Ventilation on the X-Fifteen is designed around seven (7) closable air intakes and six (6) exhaust outlets, shaped and positioned to support airflow and negative air pressure suction. The system also includes improvements to cheek pad cooling, aimed at moving refreshing air to the rider’s face while clearing humidity with greater efficiency.
