Shield
Built around the CWR-F2R shield system, the X-Fifteen uses SHOEI’s 3D injection-molding process to help deliver a distortion-free view across the entire eyeport. An Anti-fog Sheet is included with this helmet to support clearer vision when conditions turn cool or humid.
Comfort
Inside, the X-Fifteen features a 3D Max-Dry Custom Interior System II that is fully removable, washable, adjustable, and replaceable. For added ride comfort and reduced airflow intrusion around the chin area, this helmet includes a Chin Curtain and a Breath Guard in the box.
Ventilation
The X-Fifteen’s ventilation is engineered around seven (7) closable air intakes and six (6) exhaust outlets, shaped and positioned to promote airflow and negative air pressure suction. SHOEI also notes significant improvements to the cheek pad cooling system, aimed at directing refreshing air to the rider and clearing humidity from the face more efficiently. Aerodynamics
Aerodynamic development for the X-Fifteen was designed and refined in SHOEI’s wind tunnel facility, with a focus on racing-critical characteristics.
