The Surron Light Bee Jack Shaft Rebuild Kit from Warp 9 Racing includes all of the necessary parts to rebuild your Warp 9 jackshaft as good as new. It’s a complete refresh package for the key wear items and hardware involved in the jackshaft assembly, helping restore smooth operation and secure fastening after service or hard use. Inside the kit you’ll find new T30 Torx fasteners for both sprocket and belt sides, stainless spacers in two sizes, fresh bearings with single sided seals, bearing spacers for grease, new outer dust seals, and a steel inner distance tube. Note: These spacers do not fit the Talaria XXX or E-Ride Pro.
This kit is designed to cover the typical wear and replacement items needed when rebuilding a Warp 9 jackshaft. It includes fasteners, spacers, bearings, seals, and the inner distance tube so you can renew the assembly without piecing parts together individually.
To match the jackshaft’s two sides, the kit includes 6 sprocket side T30 Torx bolts (M6x16mm) and 6 belt side T30 Torx bolts (M6x24mm). This helps ensure the proper bolt lengths are on the correct side during reassembly.
Included are 1 sprocket side stainless spacer (12mm) and 1 belt side stainless spacer (17mm), along with 4 new bearings with single sided seals. The kit also supplies 2 new bearing spacers for grease, 2 new outer dust seals, and 1 steel inner distance tube to complete the rebuild stack.
