The Surron Light Bee Linkage Bolt Kit from Warp 9 Racing is a titanium rear linkage bolt kit designed to improve durability and serviceability in the rear suspension linkage on Sur-Ron applications. It uses fully shanked bolts so there’s no threaded section cutting into your frame or swingarm, and it upgrades the triangle pivot bolt to a one-piece design with a large flanged face that acts as a shield. The kit replaces the OEM-style mixture of loose bushings, plastic washers, and undersized bolts with a more streamlined setup, and includes blue thread lock to help keep everything tight during use.
This kit uses fully shanked bolts to eliminate the common issue of a threaded section contacting and cutting into the frame or swingarm. By keeping threads out of the wear area, it helps protect the surrounding components while maintaining a cleaner, more consistent bearing and pivot interface compared to partially threaded hardware.
The Triangle Pivot bolt is a one-piece design with a large flanged face that acts as a shield. This one-piece pivot bolt replaces the OEM mixture of loose bushings, plastic washers, and undersized bolts, simplifying the assembly while helping create a more secure, protected pivot area at the rear linkage.
4 Neoprene washers go between the pivot bolt flange and triangle to frame to help protect the needle cage bearing from dirt and water. The kit also includes 13mm Fuji lock nuts, keeping the same size as stock vs some 12mm options so the OEM tool kit and Warp 9 tire levers work, making belt removal simple. Blue thread lock is included.
