The Warp 9 Racing Surron Lockdown Axle Blocks are designed to simplify axle removal and make rear wheel alignment adjustments more precise. Built around titanium captive adjustment bolts (10mm) and a steel axle bolt backing plate, this setup is made to keep the axle blocks tight to the adjuster so there is no play between the bolt and the blocks as you adjust. The steel backing plate is cut to insert into the axle, so axle removal can be done with a 17mm wrench rather than needing to carry an Allen wrench. One block stays in place and will not fall out when you remove the axle. Works with the OEM axle and Warp 9 Titanium.
Titanium captive adjustment bolts (10mm) keep the axle blocks tight to the adjustment bolt as you turn it. The blocks move forwards and backwards together with the adjuster, helping eliminate play between the bolt and the blocks and allowing for very precise adjustments.
A steel axle bolt backing plate is cut to insert into the axle. This design means you never have to carry an Allen wrench again to remove your axle; all you need is a 17mm wrench.
During wheel removal and installation, one block stays in place and will not fall out when you remove the axle. This helps keep parts from shifting around while you service the axle and wheel.
Surron Lockdown Axle Blocks from Warp 9 Racing use a captive adjustment bolt layout and an insert-style steel backing plate to improve adjuster control and simplify axle removal.
